Her battery in, she whined and sputtered. I brought her a bell to sweet talk her. Finally, Mike coaxed her around, and out of the barn she came. A quick ride down to Stewart's for some air in her tires and a couple gallons of fresh gas, then down the road to blow some of the cobwebs out!
She's SO different from Rosie, it feels like I'm riding a toy! At first 50-55 mph seemed to be her limit, but after a few miles she'd kick up to 65 as long as I'd ignore the vibration from her windshield. I've never ridden with a windscreen before. She looks cute with it, I'm just not convinced about its function yet!
My first street bike was a '75 Honda CB200, so I'm sure once Katie gets into her groove she'll do fine.
